We are the gospel choir "Gospel & Friends", a gospel choir of the Martin Luther parish in Nordstadt Drispenstedt. We are 25 different people led by Dominik Reinhard who have come together because we have two things in common: the love of singing and the love of gospel! Some of us have been singing gospel for over 40 years, others got into it during the Corona pandemic because they wanted to try something new. Gospel music gives each of us power and energy and we cannot and do not want to imagine a life without music. Music gives us the opportunity to let our feelings run free. We meet every Thursday at 6 p.m. in the parish hall of the Martin Luther Church. Whether you can read sheet music or not; it does not matter. We sing very often in church services and also at weddings, for example.
